Weather Update: Snowfall in the highlands and fog in Terai region

KATHMANDU, Jan 9: There is a partial change in some parts of the country, while the weather is generally clear in the rest of the country today.

In the morning, there is fog in most parts of Terai. In the afternoon, there will be partial change in the hilly areas of Koshi Province including Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Province, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).

There is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high hills and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Gandaki and Karnali provinces during the day and night.
